Only 2 years after establishment, pets & pet supply and grooming service, VBONE, already has 12 chain stores located throughout the Sanxia area. How did they manage to stand out from the intense competition? The story of VBONE's success wiill completely change how you think about management. When VBONE was first established, the CEO Wu Yu-Ting attempted to a cloud POS management service to keep records. But the single-direction tracing and analysis nature of the service did not allow for the precise management of customer purchasing history or analysis she had hoped for. To more closely understand customers and provide them with better care and service, Yu-Ting needed an alternative, more powerful cloud based service. To achieve her goals, she needed a cloud based CRM system that could integrate the company's current POS system, and connect customers' purchasing records with records of services paid for. She later came into contact with the cloud based CRM system, VIdegree, and it was exactly what VBONE needed to manage their mass customer network. Not only did VIdegree have powerful features to help easily manage basic customer information, customer purchasing records, perform customer base analysis and record and share memos, the most amazing part was that it could integrate the cloud POS management system JabezPos. JabezPos could be used in the front end to collect customer information, the information can then be quickly imported into the VIdegree system for management. Being able to import data from their cloud POS system into VIdegree, along with VIdegree's multi-dimensional querying capability, makes the management and recording of customer information a hassle-free process. Along with the feature which allows users to make memos on any customer has allowed VBONE to record and keep track of important details about any customer and their pets, helping their stores to quickly and easily understand the purchasing habits and needs of each individual customer.  Aside from customer management, the staff can also utilize VIdegree's work calendar to set schedules and assign or divide tasks. This allows the front desk to assign specific beauticians that best match the needs of a customer when receiving service appointments. The system can also be used to record the work history of each individual employee.
