This Website provides online software and services for purchase by any end-user parties (not limited to individuals, enterprises or government agencies) willing to purchase cloud based services in but not limited to Taiwan. This Website reserves the right to modify or terminate any of its services according to business developments or consumer needs and other situations.
3. Service Guarantee
The services provided by this Website, consist of continuously accessible and maintained online software systems. If you encounter any system defect problems, you can open a ticket with our technical support department by emailing us at: support@gsscloud.com. If the technical support department determines that the defect does indeed exist, the technical support department will then schedule a follow-up system patch (hotfix). The hotfix will be distributed in accordance to the schedule of the technical support department's development of the necessary solution or patch.
4. Procurement of Services
Purchasing of the services of this Website can be completed by registering for an account on this Website (the account is registered as a valid user account for this Website, and is a valid e-mail address, but will not be used as your service login account). During check-out, this Website will attempt to authorize the credit card provided. Once the card is authorized, you will be able to complete the purchase. Once the purchase is completed, an activation e-mail will automatically (typically within 2-3 minutes) be sent to the email previously registered with this Website. If you encounter any issues with the service or your account, please open a ticket with our support department by e-mailing us at: support@gsscloud.com.
5. Proof of Purchase
Due to having registered for an email with this Website prior to purchasing of services, upon completion of a purchase, this Website will send a copy of the order confirmation to your registered e-mail.
6. Payment Methods
(1) Credit Card
Purchasing of services from this Website can be paid for using credit card. After you confirm your order, this Website will attempt to obtain authorization for the purchase amount with your credit card issuer. If no application is made for order cancellation within 7 days after the purchase, the purchase order will be considered completed, and this Website will be authorized to request payment from your credit card issuer.
(2) For payment through third-party payment service Paypal, this Website currently only accepts payment from Paypal Express Checkout accounts supported by Visa or Mastercard.

Pricing of all services on this Website are final, and sales tax of the amount required by R.O.C. tax laws are already included in the invoice amount.
In any event which this Website reduces the price of a service, GSS is not required in any way to reimburse you for any differences in price between the current price of a service, and a previously paid amount for the same service.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This provision serves to define the full scope of our obligations and responsibilities in the supplying of products and services. GSS disclaims all warrantees, conditions, or constraints by other provisions for all areas not listed in this provision. GSS further expressly excludes all situations or rules (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) from being imposed as implied warranties, conditions or other provisions for products or services mentioned in this provision.
The preceding paragraphs of this provision in no way exclude, restrict, modify or add any warranties, rights, or responsibilities to this policy statement. Any exclusions, restrictions, or modifications according to the law, will lead to all provisions found in this policy statement to become invalid.
The contents of this provision in no way limit or exclude our responsibilities in the case of death or bodily harm as a result of our negligence.
According to the clauses contained in the previous two paragraphs, GSS will not be in any way be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages to profit, revenue, contracts due to information loss or security breaches as a result of malicious conduct.
Due to liability limits of this service term and to the full extent of the law, "This Website" is not to be held responsible for monetary amounts surpassing the amount originally paid for any service or services from This Website due to breach of contract or security breaches.
